THE MEMORIAL COLLECTION

Three lives.
Three ways to remember.

Step inside a fictional memorial for each package. Every space is designed around the person. Choose how much of their life you’d like to bring together.

HOW IT WORKS

From your memories
to their own website.

Start with what you have. We’ll agree on the scope, price and schedule before we begin.

  1. Tell us what you have

Send a question or a few words. We’ll help you choose what to include. Tell us if you’re planning around a service date.

  2. We build it. You review it.

Share the photos, notes and links you have permission to use. We shape the story, design the site and add the material. Your nominated family contact reviews the preview and requests any corrections.

  3. Approve it and share

Once your family approves the memorial, we publish it and send you its link and QR code. We agree who can view it after publication and how later changes will be handled.

Hosting after the first year

We’ll confirm the arrangements and any costs for continued hosting and domain renewal in writing before you order. Read the service arrangements.

A LINK WORTH KEEPING

A keepsake you can hold.
A story you can open.

Add the memorial’s QR code to a remembrance card, a funeral programme or a keepsake beside an urn. A scan takes loved ones to the website.

A NOTE FROM THE FOUNDER

A place for their story.

A memorial should feel as individual as the person it’s about. That’s why I started Ever Someone. Share the memories you already have, and we’ll help you bring them together on a website of their own.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

A little clarity.

Planning around a service or gathering memories years later? We can start wherever your family is.

Will it have its own web address?

Yes. Each memorial has a dedicated site and its own web address. If you already own a domain, mention it in your inquiry so we can agree how to use it. We’ll confirm who manages the address before you order.

Can we work together from different countries?

Yes. We work with families worldwide. Planning, sharing material and reviewing your site can all happen online, wherever your family is based.

How do I pay?

We provide a written quote after we agree on what your site will include. Your quote confirms the total, currency and payment options available for your location.

What happens after the first year?

Your creation price includes the first year of hosting and a standard web address. We’ll confirm continued hosting and domain renewal costs in writing before you order. See service arrangements for the details to agree.

Who can view the memorial after it’s published?

Your nominated family contact reviews the site and approves the material before publication. Viewing access is a separate choice. Tell us who should be able to open the site so we can confirm the available options for your project.

Can we make changes or take our content with us?

We’ll agree who can request later edits and how they’re handled. Heirloom includes a content export. Ask us to confirm the export format and any domain transfer arrangements before ordering.

How do we share recordings and collect memories?

We agree which media links to include with your package. For Story and Heirloom, a family contact can collect and approve memories for us to add.

Can we plan around a service or start later?

Let us know about a service or remembrance date when you inquire. We’ll discuss the schedule before you order. You can also start around an anniversary or whenever it feels right.
