Looking after their website.

Before you order, we’ll confirm what’s included and how the website will be looked after. Use these points to guide the conversation.

Creation and the first year

The one-time creation prices are Keepsake at US$150, Story at US$225, and Heirloom at US$300. Each package includes a personal website, a standard web address, the first year of hosting, and a digital QR code. Compare the packages.

The web address and renewals

Tell us if you have a domain or a name in mind. We’ll confirm the available address, who registers and controls it, when the included hosting year starts, and any costs for continued hosting and domain renewal. The written arrangements should also cover reminders, missed renewals, and what happens to a printed QR link if the address changes.

Approval and viewing access

Your nominated family contact approves the material before we publish. We’ll separately agree who should be able to view the memorial and whether it should appear in search. Anyone with a shareable link can pass it on. If viewing needs to be restricted, tell us before ordering so we can confirm the options for your project.

Edits, exports, and transfers

Package revision rounds are for the family review before publication. We’ll agree how later edits are requested and any associated costs. Heirloom includes a content export. We’ll confirm what the export contains, its format, and the arrangements for transferring an address or moving the content.

Schedule and payment

Tell us about a service or remembrance date if it matters to your plans. Your written quote confirms the scope, schedule, total, currency, and available payment options.
